Return Policy

Overview

We understand that sometimes a product arrives and it is not right for you. We will gladly refund the purchase, minus the cost of shipping, to your original form of payment.

Products returned, in their original packaging, will be accepted within 14 days of receipt. Yarn that is soiled, contains pet fur, is damaged or carries a funky smell (such as cigarette smoke, perfume) will not be eligible for a refund. Purchases of discount items is final. This includes seconds and discontinued colourways.

Please indicate the order number on your package, so we can be certain to whom we owe the refund. Keep in mind, we also sell products from independent makers, and their policies do not reflect our own. Refunds for said products will be at the makers discretion.

Refunds will be issued after the product is received by us, and has been found to meet the criteria for a returned product.

Exchanges can be made within 14 days of purchase, but shipping costs will still apply. Exchanges will be made at our discretion, and only for reasons of damaged or unfit products.

Please note all of our yarns, roving, batts and top is calibrated using a grey card for accurate colour, however due to your own monitor settings and minor variations within the dye lot the product you receive may vary slightly from the photos you see.
