This class will introduce you to the fascinating craft of spinning wool or fibre on a
modern wheel.
You will learn all the basics about different types of wheels, and how they work.
Introduction to the tools of the trade, fibre types and prep, drafting techniques, operating a spinning wheel and learning how to create your own unique yarn.
We have many models and types of wheels that you can test drive. Wear your prettiest socks, as you will take your shoes off to treadle.

No experience necessary and all supplies are included.

This is an all day class, so please bring your lunch. Coffee and Tea will be served.
